Important instructions
The invoice
All prices quoted are final prices. In accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.
The invoices can be declared as household-related services in the tax return, provided they are paid by bank transfer.
Payment
The fee for consultation and support is payable by bank transfer 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. If booking a package, the total price is payable 72 hours before the first appointment.
Cancellation
Consultations can be rescheduled once free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Within 72 hours, 50% of the fee will be charged, and within 24 hours, the full fee will be charged. The 4-session package must be used within 6 months of payment, and the 8-session package within 12 months.
Distance allowance
If the place of work is more than 30 km from Frohnau (13465), a distance surcharge may be levied based on an individual calculation.
