Invoice

All prices stated are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG, no turnover tax is charged.

The invoices can be declared in Germany as household-related services in the tax return, if they are paid by bank transfer.

Payment

​

The fee is to be paid by bank transfer 48 hours before the agreed appointment. In the case of package prices, the total price of the package is to be paid 48 hours before the first appointment.

Cancellation

Appointments can be freely rebooked 24 hours before the agreed date. Within 24 hours 50% of the amount and within 12 hours the full amount will be charged.

Distance surcharge

​

If the place of work is more than 30 km away from Frohnau (13465), a distance surcharge may be levied on the basis of an individual calculation.
